For the guarantee assurance to apply, we have the following requirements: The coral must not be taken out of the plug, disk, or tile. Refusing to accept a shipment or delivery (if the box is leaking or damaged in any way, accept the shipment and let us know). Any problem must be reported to us within 2 hours of the timestamp on the delivery.
Replacement coral, credit, or refund of the coral will be issued at the seller's discretion. If replacement coral is available, buyer is responsible for actual replacement shipping costs. Seller is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier failures or acts of God. Any "freebie" frags are excluded from DOA.
